How about the stats on how many recidivate without “certified treatment?” And she is touting a 20% recidivism rate. Sorry, dear, I’m not buyin’ it!!

I am sick of this and I have decided to put up a similar website only my site will have nothing but ACTUAL facts. Her site states “Finally A Place for the Truth”

Well guess what…Two can play that game!

If I’m not mistaken, the recidivism rate is a numbers game. When a parolee or probationer is placed back into custody, it is usually due to a technical violation in which no laws were broken. Here in Calif. it is extremely difficult to abide by all of these conditions. It is possible, as I am experiencing first hand. But I have not truly lived in these past 2+ years out. Only subsisted.

Sex offenses against minors reported to police, 35.6% were allegedly committed by other minors, according to a 2009 study published by the federal Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. One out of eight of those juvenile offenders was under 12.
